Reservations & Payment

At what point are cancellation fees charged?

Cancellation fees are charged when a booking is cancelled the day prior to your stay or later. Cancellation fees are charged as follows.
  • No show: 100% of the accommodation fee
  • Same day: 80% of the accommodation fee
  • Day prior: 20% of the accommodation fee

How do I book a stay at the hotel?

We accept reservations on the official Toggle Hotel website or other booking sites.

Can I choose the color of my guest room?

If you have any floors or colors request, please write it in the request area when making a booking from our hotel homepage.
(Please note that depending on availability, your request could not be accepted)

How do I pay for my stay?

Pay at check-in using credit card, e-money, or QR code payment (some services excluded). Pay for use of the cafe and bar each time you visit. We do not charge to the guestroom.

What credit cards, e-money, and QR code payments do you accept?

We accept VISA, M, JCB, AMEX, Diners, Saison, UnionPay, transportation IC cards, iD, WAON, nanaco, PayPay, d-Pay, LINE Pay, Alipay, Wechat Pay, Merpay, and auPay.
*Toggle Hotel is entirely cashless.

Can underaged customer stay at this hotel ?

The person making the reservation must be 18 years old or older, or, they must have a written permission from their tutor. Please give the permission letter during check-in.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out at 11:00 am.

Is early check-in available?

It is possible depending on availability of the day. There is an extra fee of 1100yen (tax included) by hour. Please ask the front staff if you're interested.

Is late check-out available?

It is possible depending on availability of the day. There is an extra fee of 1100yen (tax included) by hour. Please ask the front staff if you're interested.

Children

I’d like to know about children’s rates.

Children ages 0 to 6 may stay free of charge. One child is allowed to stay in the same bed per adult guest. Children over the age of 6 or children who require bedding and food will be charged the same rate as an adult.

Is a children's breakfast available?

We do not provide food or baby milk for infants.

Guestrooms

What amenities are available in guestrooms?

"We have shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand and face soap, tea bags, face towels, bath towels, roomwear, slippers, toothbrushes, and sanitizing wet wipes.
Hairbrushes, cotton sets, shaving razor, earplug, and hair tie are available free of charge at the front desk on the 9th floor."

What equipment is in the guestrooms?

Guestrooms have a multifunctional TV, hair drier, electric kettle, drinking glasses, refrigerator, security box, and shoehorn.

What equipment is available to rent?

Mobile device charger, humidifier and air purifier, hair iron, desk light, nail clippers, baby bath, bath chair, bedwetting sheets, HDMI cable, LAN cable, shower chair for unit bath, trouser press, power adaptor for use in Japan, extension cords, converter plugs, DVD Blu-ray player, iron, folding mirror, and disinfectant deodorant spray are available. If you wish to borrow one of these items, please inquire at the front desk (quantities are limited).

Do guestrooms have internet connections?

Free Wi-Fi is available. The password can be found on the Smart Plate within the guestroom.
* The Wi-Fi ID and password are separated between each guest room and the lounge to provide a faster, more secure network.

Do guestrooms have bathtubs?

All guestrooms excluding the Balcony Room, the Premier Fourth, and the Universal Room come with showers only. Those who would like a bathtub are asked to book either the Balcony Room, the Premier Fourth, or the Universal Room.

What TV channels and apps can I watch in the guestroom?

General TV channels, YouTube, amebaTV, Netflix, Prime Video, hulu, U-Next, NHK WORLD-JAPAN. (individual user login required for these services)

Can I smoke?

All rooms at the hotel are non-smoking (including heated cigarettes and e-cigarettes).

Baggage

Can I stow baggage?

Baggage may be stowed at the front desk at any time.

Can I send baggage to and from the hotel?

For packages send from our hotel, we use "cash on delivery" option only. If you send packages to our hotel, please use "prepaid shipping" option.
Please do not forget to write your name (same as booking name), the day of your stay, as well as your phone number.

If there is no name or if the package shipping cost has not be prepaid, we can not accept your package so please be careful.

Breakfast is in the lounge on the 9th floor.
Hours: 7:00 am to 10:00 am

Can non-guests visit the cafe and bar?

Everyone is welcome to visit.
Hours: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm (L.O.19:30)

Are wheelchair rentals available?

Yes. Quantities are limited, so please inquire at the front desk for details.

Are there washing machines at the hotel?

There is a laundry space on the 2nd floor.

Is room service available?

Room service is not available.

Is the hotel barrier-free?

The front desk and cafe on the 9th floor, as well as our universal room on the 5th floor, are barrier free.
We also have a wheelchair parking lot on the first floor. If you would like to use it, please contact us.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and in guestrooms.

Are there vending machines?

There are vending machines in the laundry room on the 2nd floor.

Are there ice machines?

Ice machines are at the front desk on the 9th floor.

Is dry cleaning available?

Not available in our hotel.

What kinds of items are sold at the hotel shop?

    *There is a water server in the lounge on the 9th floor. Fill your water bottle whenever you please.

  • 3 minutes on foot from the West Exit of JR Suidobashi Station
  • 4 minutes on foot from the East Exit of JR Iidabashi Station
  • 5 minutes on foot from Exit A2 of Suidobashi Station on the Toei Mita Line
  • 4 minutes on foot from Exit A1 of Iidabashi Station on the Yurakucho Subway/Nanboku/Tozai Lines
